The Ram Redress Kit (Per Cavity), Cameron U Style 13-5/8" 10K, Sour Service (NACE MR0175) is a recurring-purchase ram redress kit sized for 13-5/8" bore BOP equipment. The Ram Redress Kit is the converted-bundle version of "the ram packer family I always order together at redress" — single-cavity packaging that matches how ram redress is actually performed in the field. HNBR sour-service grade by default. Specify pipe OD on RFQ to size the front packer. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service compliant — required across Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC, PDO, QatarEnergy default specifications for the GCC.

Performance & testing

Each unit is dimensionally inspected against the OEM datum, dye-penetrant or magnetic-particle inspected for surface defects, and shipped with mill test reports per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2. Elastomer parts are batch-tested for hardness, compression set, and fluid resistance (sour service variants tested per NACE TM0297 / TM0187 where applicable). Charpy V-notch impact testing on metallic parts available where service requires low-temperature toughness verification.

Sealed & dated packaging (GCC climate)

50 °C ambient + UV degrades unsealed elastomers in storage. Indus ships every elastomer / packing element / soft-goods kit in heat-sealed UV-resistant bags with manufacture date, batch number, and recommended-use-by date stamped on the outer label. Re-sealable bins for partial use. This is what Aramco / ADNOC / KOC supplier audits ask about — make sure you specify "sealed dated packaging" on the RFQ.
