Elastomer parts are batch-tested for hardness, compression set, and fluid resistance (sour service variants tested per NACE TM0297 / TM0187 where applicable). Charpy V-notch impact testing on metallic parts available where service requires low-temperature toughness verification.

Sealed & dated packaging (GCC climate)

50 °C ambient + UV degrades unsealed elastomers in storage. Indus ships every elastomer / packing element / soft-goods kit in heat-sealed UV-resistant bags with manufacture date, batch number, and recommended-use-by date stamped on the outer label. Re-sealable bins for partial use. This is what Aramco / ADNOC / KOC supplier audits ask about — make sure you specify "sealed dated packaging" on the RFQ.
