The API 6A BX Ring Gasket Set (BX-152, BX-154, BX-155, BX-158, BX-160, BX-169), Inconel-625-Clad Sour Service is a recurring-purchase ring gasket set sized for N/A bore BOP equipment. Ring gaskets are consumed every nipple-up — once a gasket is energised, it should never be re-used. The BX-152 / 154 / 155 / 158 / 160 / 169 combination covers all common BOP-and-wellhead flange sizes. Inconel-625-clad seating surface is the GCC sour-service default; solid Inconel or 316L stainless on request. Each unit is dimensionally inspected against the OEM datum, dye-penetrant or magnetic-particle inspected for surface defects, and shipped with mill test reports per EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2. Elastomer parts are batch-tested for hardness, compression set, and fluid resistance (sour service variants tested per NACE TM0297 / TM0187 where applicable). Charpy V-notch impact testing on metallic parts available where service requires low-temperature toughness verification.

Sealed & dated packaging (GCC climate)

50 °C ambient + UV degrades unsealed elastomers in storage. Indus ships every elastomer / packing element / soft-goods kit in heat-sealed UV-resistant bags with manufacture date, batch number, and recommended-use-by date stamped on the outer label. Re-sealable bins for partial use. This is what Aramco / ADNOC / KOC supplier audits ask about — make sure you specify "sealed dated packaging" on the RFQ.
