Operation

The STT functions as the primary surface pressure-control barrier during well-stimulation, well-test, coiled-tubing, snubbing, or subsea operations. Master valves provide the primary seal; swab valves enable wireline access; wing (lateral) valves route flow to the choke / flowback iron. Hydraulic actuators allow remote operation from the operator's panel — fail-safe close on hydraulic loss. Subsea variants are designed for installation on the seabed wellhead during exploration well-testing.

Performance

Working pressure 15,000 psi (15K class). Hydrotested at 1.5× shell pressure. Designed and manufactured to API 17D. Each valve hydrotested per API 6A / 16C requirements before assembly.
