The Surface Test Tree, Conventional Frac 1502, 10,000 psi, Sour Service is a surface test tree (STT) for conventional frac stt service, 10K class (10,000 psi working pressure), sour (nace mr0175) rated. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service compliant — body, trim, valve seats, and elastomers selected to the H₂S-rated material class.

Operation

The STT functions as the primary surface pressure-control barrier during well-stimulation, well-test, coiled-tubing, snubbing, or subsea operations. Master valves provide the primary seal; swab valves enable wireline access; wing (lateral) valves route flow to the choke / flowback iron. Hydraulic actuators allow remote operation from the operator's panel — fail-safe close on hydraulic loss. Conventional frac variants stack above the wellhead frac tree to control flowback pressure during frac stimulation.

Performance

Working pressure 10,000 psi (10K class). Hydrotested at 1.5× shell pressure. Designed and manufactured to API 16C. Each valve hydrotested per API 6A / 16C requirements before assembly.
