The R1 1SN Single Wire Braid Hydraulic Hose Single-wire braid medium-pressure hydraulic hose for general industrial and mobile hydraulics. Conforms to SAE 100R1AT / EN 853 1SN.
Construction
- Tube: Synthetic rubber (NBR), oil-resistant
- Reinforcement: One layer of high-tensile steel wire braid
- Cover: Synthetic rubber, abrasion- and weather-resistant, MSHA-accepted, wrapped
Performance
Working pressures up to 230 bar at the smallest bore, with a minimum burst of 920 bar (safety factor 4:1). Continuous service from -40°C to 100°C, with the upper limit reduced for aggressive fluids — ask for a fluid compatibility chart if needed.
