The R2 2SN Double Wire Braid Hydraulic Hose Two-wire braid medium-to-high-pressure hydraulic hose — the workhorse of general hydraulics. Conforms to SAE 100R2AT / EN 853 2SN.
Construction
- Tube: Synthetic rubber (NBR), oil-resistant
- Reinforcement: Two layers of high-tensile steel wire braid
- Cover: Synthetic rubber, abrasion- and weather-resistant, MSHA-accepted, wrapped
Performance
Working pressures up to 415 bar at the smallest bore, with a minimum burst of 1660 bar (safety factor 4:1). Continuous service from -40°C to 100°C, with the upper limit reduced for aggressive fluids — ask for a fluid compatibility chart if needed.
