The 4SH Four-Spiral Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Hose Heavy-gauge four-spiral hose with uniform 420 bar working pressure across the larger-bore range. Conforms to EN 856 4SH.
Construction
- Tube: Synthetic rubber (NBR), oil-resistant
- Reinforcement: Four alternating layers of high-tensile spiralled steel wire (heavy gauge)
- Cover: Synthetic rubber, abrasion- and weather-resistant, MSHA-accepted, wrapped
Performance
Working pressures up to 420 bar at the smallest bore, with a minimum burst of 1680 bar (safety factor 4:1). Continuous service from -40°C to 100°C, with the upper limit reduced for aggressive fluids — ask for a fluid compatibility chart if needed.
