Construction

- Port A: Male — BSPT R1/8 to R2 (taper) (BSPT taper thread (self-sealing))
- Port B: Male — BSPT R1/8 to R2 (taper) (BSPT taper thread (self-sealing))
- Material: Carbon steel (stainless steel available on request)
- Surface treatment: Zinc-plated, Cr3+ passivated, RoHS-compliant
Performance
up to 400 bar at smaller sizes; derates with size. BSP family — British Standard Pipe — ISO 228-1 (BSPP, parallel) and ISO 7-1 (BSPT, taper). BSPP requires a separate seal (bonded-seal washer, ED seal, 60° cone, or flat-face); BSPT is taper-on-taper self-sealing.

Specify (a) the host port size and thread spec on each end, (b) any special seal requirements (bonded seal vs ED seal vs cone seat), and (c) whether you need stainless-steel construction or non-standard surface treatment.
