The Thorburn TSJ Steam-Jacketed Hose, 3 in — Molten Service is an engineered specialty assembly. Steam-jacketed (double containment) assembly. Inner process hose inside an outer steam carrier — heat-traces viscous or temperature-sensitive process fluids. Maintains process temperature without external heat tracing.
Working pressure 25 bar. Operating temperature -50°C to +250°C continuous. Steam jacket sized to maintain process temperature within the design tolerance.
