Twin-configuration triplex stimulation pumping unit on a custom-built trailer. Each pump rated 1,000 HP continuous duty at 15,000 psi MAWP, supplied by SPM, Gardner Denver, Serva, OFM or equivalent. Diesel deck engine (CAT / Detroit Diesel / MTU / Mercedes / Volvo Penta / Deutz / Cummins) drives the pumps via Allison, CAT or ZF transmission.
Fluid handling rated for water, acid, brine and mud injection. Engineered for onshore land, offshore (DNV skid variant), desert and arctic environments. CE, GOST, Rigsafe / Zone 2 options on request.
Full electronic control system with HVAC operator cabin, pre-heating winterization, and integration with cementing/data-van fleet networks.
