Indus engineered cementing unit built as a single-pump triplex package on a transport skid sized to standard 40-ft container footprint. Choice of triplex pump (SPM, Gardner Denver, Serva, OFM) sized to 600 HP continuous duty, driven by a CAT / MTU / Cummins diesel through an Allison or CAT transmission. Equipped with automatic density control system, charging centrifugal pump, recirculation manifold, calibrated 50-BBL displacement tank, and a 15" touchscreen data acquisition system with USB export to ASCII / Excel.
Available in onshore land skid, DNV-certified offshore skid, single-axle / triple-axle trailer, and 4×2 / 6×4 / 8×8 truck-mounted configurations. ATEX Zone 2 and Rigsafe options available. HVAC operator cabin and pre-heating winterization for arctic operations.
Quoted to client specification — engine brand, transmission, pump make, density control supplier, and electronic interface are all selectable. Built under ISO 9001:2015 with NACE MR0175 material defaults for sour service.
