Vertical dual-pot sand filter rated 10,000 psi MAWP, ASME U2-stamped, with SS316 sintered cartridge filter element. Internal shields disrupt incoming stream to drop velocity and gravity-settle heavy particles into a drain area; the sintered cartridge then retains fines.
Inlet / outlet by-pass manifold allows single-pot or parallel operation. Differential-pressure measurement between inlet and outlet drives a clogging alarm. HP water-nozzle backwash for cartridge cleaning. Deployable gantry crane for cartridge removal / replacement without interrupting operations. DNV frame for offshore deployment.
