The Rotating Control Device (RCD), 5,000 psi Class, Sour Service (NACE MR0175) — MPD Stack is a complete rotating control device unit rated for 5,000 psi working pressure (5K class) in sour service (nace mr0175). The 5K-class RCD is a passive (rotating) seal that diverts annular returns through a closed flow path while drilling — enabling managed-pressure drilling (MPD) on narrow-margin wells. Replaceable seal element (rubber + bearings) is the consumable; small installed base, big-ticket per unit. NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 sour-service compliant — full body, trim, and bolting hardness controlled per the standard. Required across Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, KOC, PDO, and QatarEnergy default specifications for sour fields.

Charpy V-notch impact testing at low temperature available where service requires toughness verification. Closing-time and seal-pressure data sheets included with FAT package.
