On-the-fly cement slurry mixer engineered for continuous mixing during pumping operations. Standard configuration includes a 20-BBL surge tank, dry-cement surge tank for steady delivery, and a mixing tub rated to 2.5 SG maximum slurry density.
Manual ground-mixing system or automatic density control loop available. Diesel engine or ATEX electric motor drive. Skid (onshore or offshore), trailer or truck-mounted. CE / GOST certifications and pre-heating winterization available.
