The No-Skive Crimp Ferrule for R7 / R8 Thermoplastic Hose is a no-skive crimp ferrule for SAE 100R7, SAE 100R8 (thermoplastic) hose, available across DN6 – DN25 (1/4" – 1").
Pressure rating matches the host hose grade — the ferrule does not derate the assembly. Fatigue tested to ISO 6803 / SAE J343 impulse cycles when crimped to the recommended diameter on the matching crimp die.
Specify (a) the host hose grade and bore size, (b) the matching fitting (insert) at each end, and (c) total assembly length plus orientation. Indus crimps and pressure-tests the assembly before dispatch — see the FAQ for our crimping service.
Pair with Indus metric or DIN fittings; specify thermoplastic hose on the RFQ for the correct crimp die.
