Truck-mounted nitrogen pumping unit with 360,000 SCF cryogenic liquid nitrogen tank capacity and a 10,000 psi maximum working pressure rating. Modular construction — three independent modules interconnect on a substructure bolted to the truck chassis, enabling rapid chassis swap and independent crane lifts for offshore installation.
Includes a cryogenic high-pressure reciprocating LN₂ pump, hydraulic power pack, heat-exchange vaporizer, and operator control cabin with manual or electronic interface. Available capacities: 90K, 180K, 360K, 400K, 800K, 1000K. Maximum pressure ratings to 15,000 psi.
