Needle valve design — a tapered stem seats into a precision-machined orifice for fine throttling control or tight shut-off. Ideal for instrument isolation, sample-line control, and pressure-test connections. The slow-opening characteristic (multiple turns from closed to open) prevents pressure shock on sensitive instruments.
