The Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Device, Padlockable, Fits 1/2 in–4 in Quarter-Turn Valves is a valve accessory — lockout device. Standard service rated.
Designed to integrate with API 6A and ANSI flange-mounted oilfield valves. Supplied with the appropriate mounting interface and signal / control connections to match the host valve.

Confirm (a) the host valve OEM, model, and serial number for correct mounting interface, (b) any signal / control requirements (4-20 mA position feedback, limit switches, manual override), (c) service class (standard vs sour), (d) operating environment (ambient temperature, hazardous-area zone). Indus quotes ex-works OEM with the matching mounting kit and commissioning instructions.
For complete actuation packages, Indus also supplies hydraulic / pneumatic control panels, control tubing kits, and instrument-air filters / regulators. For automated valve trains, ask about supervisory control integration (PLC / DCS) on the RFQ.
