The HP / THP High Pressure Metallic Hose is a annular corrugated metallic hose in the Stainless SS Corrugated family. Type 316L SS core with double braid of Type 304 SS. Working pressure to 255 bar, operating temperature -200°C to +650°C.
Maximum working pressure 255 bar at the smallest bore (decreases with increasing diameter — refer to the OEM size table for per-size ratings). Minimum burst pressure 1020 bar with safety factor 4:1 per ISO 10380. Operating temperature range -200°C to +650°C (continuous service; intermittent excursions evaluated on request). All assemblies hydrotested at 1.5× working pressure with a witness-test certificate available on request.
