Construction
- Body configuration: Double flange
- Port A: Female — BSPP G1/2 to G2 (parallel) (Bonded-seal washer)
- Port B: Female — BSPP G1/2 to G2 (parallel) (Bonded-seal washer)
- Additional ports: Two SAE J518 flange faces (Code 61 / Code 62) on opposite sides of the body.
- Material: Carbon steel (stainless steel available on request)
- Surface treatment: Zinc-plated, Cr3+ passivated, RoHS-compliant
Performance
Code 61 up to 210 bar (3000 psi); Code 62 up to 415 bar (6000 psi). Hydraulic SAE Flange family — SAE J518 4-bolt flanges (Code 61 standard / Code 62 high-pressure) with BSP- or NPT-threaded back, weld-in / weld-on, blind-flange, or accessory variants.
