The Blind-Shear Ram Block Assembly, Cameron U Style 13-5/8" 10K, Sour Service (NACE MR0175) is a recurring-purchase blind-shear ram block sized for 13-5/8" bore BOP equipment. The Cameron-U-style blind-shear ram block ("Type U ISR" or "Super Shear") cuts through drill pipe with hardened H13 tool-steel shear blade inserts and seals the open bore with the HNBR blind-face seal — combined function on a single closure. Blade inserts replaced after any shear event; H₂S-grade required across most GCC basins. Charpy V-notch impact testing on metallic parts available where service requires low-temperature toughness verification.

Sealed & dated packaging (GCC climate)

50 °C ambient + UV degrades unsealed elastomers in storage. Indus ships every elastomer / packing element / soft-goods kit in heat-sealed UV-resistant bags with manufacture date, batch number, and recommended-use-by date stamped on the outer label.
